FROM ONE BLACK MOTHER TO YOUR FAMILY

The room that
never existed.
Until now.

Black Legacy League began with a mother creating something for her own children: a place where their history, brilliance, dignity, and creativity belong.

Now that learning can happen around your table, too. All year long. With room for your questions, your connections, and your family's own legacy.

With love, Black Legacy League

THE PRACTICAL LITTLE DETAILS

A few things
you might wonder.

Who is this book for?

Volume 1 is designed for families with learners ages 7 to 15. Each week includes three age levels so siblings can explore the same stories with different tasks.

What does a week look like?

Seven pages guide you through an introduction, three stories, conversation and vocabulary, a hands-on activity, and age-level tasks with a knowledge check. The suggested rhythm is five days of learning, with about 20 to 30 minutes a day.

Do we have to follow a strict schedule?

No. Try one theme a week, revisit a favorite, or move at your family's pace. The book is here to support your rhythm.

Can we print pages at home?

The workbook uses US Letter pages. Print a week at a time or the pages you need. Keep the colorful version for on-screen learning, and check your printer's preview before printing.

What else is included?

Vocabulary, reflection spaces, an answer key, quote sources, image credits, and a Legacy Certificate to celebrate completing the 12 weeks.

YOUR TABLE. YOUR PACE. YOUR LEGACY.

Make room for
something brilliant.
